This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you; - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may also share your Personal Information with third parties who pool customer data to enable companies to target advertising campaigns with partners using metrics and other analytics generated.  Your Personal Information will not be shared with other companies and shall be solely used to provide advertising and marketing strategies. You may withdraw your consent of using your Personal Information by providing us with at least 30 days’ notice to fulfill a request for deletion. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. 



Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.



Personal Information may be provided to third parties in an effort to provide and improve our products and services. In the event such Personal Information is shared with third parties, this information will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 California residents retain certain rights regarding the use and sharing of their Personal Information.  We will not sell your Personal Information without your consent and, in such a case consent is required, we will provide you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out. In addition, we may offer financial incentives, such as coupons or discounts for our products or services provided however, you enroll in our email updates or similar communications.  You will be asked to provide us with your Personal Information such as your name and email address.  You will opt into our financial incentive program by submitting to us your Personal Information.  In the event, you would like to opt out of this financial incentive, do not submit your Personal Information.  You may opt out of the financial incentive at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the marketing email forwarded to you or by submitting a request to us through the contact information below.



At any time, you have the right to access your Personal Information we hold about you and ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. 



We do not knowingly collect or use information from children under 16 years of age. In the event we discover we have received Personal Information from a child under 16 years of age without parental consent, we will take the appropriate steps to delete such information. Please contact us if you believe we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 years of age and we will promptly take appropriate actions to investigate and, if appropriate, will delete the child’s Personal Information promptly.



When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 



We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy for any updates.
