    WHY AREN’T MY DISPLAYS TURNING ON?

    First and foremost, please ensure the following settings on your MacBook are properly set:

    1. Choose the Apple menu > System Settings.
    2. Click Privacy & Security.
    3. Scroll down and click the pop-up menu next to “Allow accessories to connect,” then change the option to ALWAYS.

    WHY IS ONLY ONE OF MY DISPLAYS (OR MONITORS) TURNING ON?

    The base M2 chip on the MacBook Air only supports one external monitor. Please check the technical specifications of your MacBook to confirm it supports more than one external display.

    ISSUES CONNECTING TO EXTERNAL DISPLAYS WITH VENTURA MACOS:

    1. Choose the Apple menu > System Settings.
    2. Click Privacy & Security.
    3. Scroll down and click the pop-up menu next to “Allow accessories to connect,” then choose the option to always.
    4. Follow the rest of the instructions in the manual.

    I’M HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO EXTERNAL SPEAKERS VIA THE AUDIO JACK.

    First and foremost, please ensure the following settings on your MacBook are properly set:

    1. Choose the Apple menu > System Settings.
    2. Click Sound - Output.
    3. Select the option available under “Type” as “USB”.
